Сценарий праздника «Happy Mother's Day»
Цели:

Формировать актерские навыки при исполнении стихов, пьес, песен на анг­лийском языке.

Активизировать у учащихся твор­ческие способности при подготовке и проведении праздника.

Повысить интерес учащихся к изуче­нию английского языка.

Задачи:

Обучающая. Научить учащихся пра­вильному употреблению речевых образ­цов в стихах и пьесах (I don't know ..., I can't..., Can you ...? You can't...).

Развивающая. Развивать умения моно­логической и диалогической речи, уме­ние импровизировать; развивать память и логическое мышление.

Воспитательная. Создать благопри­ятный эмоционально-психологический климат обучения, атмосферу благожела­тельности, сопереживания героям пьес. Воспитать в детях положительный образ матери, женщины.


^ Ход мероприятия

Pupil 1: Good morning, dear guests !

Pupil 2: We are very glad to see you.

Pupil 1: Beauty, woman, flowers, Mother! There're not so many days in the year when we pronounce these pleasant words!

Pupil 2: Today, you have an excellent chance to plunge into the atmosphere of love.

Pupil 1: Each of you has a mother!

Pupil 2: This party is dedicated to them.

Pupil 1: We hope you will enjoy our party.

Pupil 3:

I love my Mummy

One, one, one,

I love the sun.

Two, two, two,

I love my Mummy too.

Three, three, three,

My Mummy loves me.

Four, four, four,

I love her more and more.

I count from one,

I love the sun.

I count to four,

I love my Mummy more!

Pupil 2:

People in Great Britain and Russia celebrate Mother’s Day. The English do it on March. The Russians do it on November,26. Grownup people visit their mothers to give them some flowers or other presents. If they can`t do that, they send their mothers a “Mother`s Day Card”. Little children give their mothers presents made their own hands. People in the family try to make it a day off for mother. They help her any way they can; wash up, clean the rooms, cook different tasty things
^ Pupil 4: Help your mother!

Help your mother lay the table,

Put a knife and fork and spoon;

Help your mother lay the table,

Every afternoon.

Help your mother clear the table,

Take the knife and fork and spoon;

Help your mother clear the table,

Morning, night and noon.
^ Юмористическая сценка «Helping mum».

На сцене, которая оформлена под квартиру, делает уборку девочка в фартуке. Она подмела пол, помыла посуду, вытерла пыль…Затем, тяжело вздыхая от усталости, садится на стул. Все это время ее брат сидел и ничего не делал, а только играл на компьютере. Вдруг звонок в дверь. Это пришла мама с работы. Девочка бежит открывать дверь:

- Mummy, I’m glad to see you! How are you? Are you tired?

- Hello, my dear! Yes, I’m tired.

- Give me your bag, mummy. Take off your coat. Here are your slippers.

- Thank you, dear! (удивленно) What a clean flat we’ve got today!

- Sit here. I’ll bring you tea with honey.

- Thank you, my daughter! (еще более удивленно)

Мама выпила чай и спрашивает:

- And where’s your brother?

- He’s playing computer games in his room.

Они идут в его комнату. Мама говорит:

- You’re doing nothing again! Look at your sister! She’ s cleaned all the flat today!

And you?!

-But it’s not me who’s got a two today! Мальчик показывает дневник своей сестры, в котором красуется жирная двойка. Мама открыла рот от удивления, а девочка, схватив голову двумя руками, побежала вон из комнаты.

Сценка окончена. Дети кланяются, а затем «мама» говорит:

-Children, I hope that you help your mother not only when you’ve got a two at school!

The song “Helping Mum”

Here’s some fish and here’s some cheese.

Here’s some yoghurt. Mmm, please!

We’re helping Mum with the shopping

Today.

Open the fried – and put it away!

Here’s some bread and here’s some rice.

Here’s some pasta. Very nice!

Open the cupboard – and put it away!
Pupil 5: Love you, Mummy, very much

So here’s a great big kiss

For the nicest person in the world

The one who’s reading this!

Pupil 6: I like the way you look,
I like the way you cook,
Now I want to say:
«Happy Mother’s Day! »
Pupil 2: Now we'll watch a few plays. Our children have prepared short plays. One of them is "Little Lost Baby."

Characters:

Storyteller

Baby Animal (Elis)

Dog

Cat

Bear

Elephant

Hen
Storyteller: The baby animal had walked all morning and most of the afternoon. He was tired. He was lost. He couldn't remember his name. He didn't even know what he was. He wanted his mummy.

^ Baby Animal: I'm lost. I don't know what MTI am. I can't remember my name. I want my mummy. Whose baby animal am I?

Storyteller: He met Mother Dog. She was knitting a sweater for her baby.

Baby Animal: I'm lost. I can't remember my name. Will you be my mummy?

^ Mother Dog: Can you sound like a dog? Can you say, "Bow-wow. Bow-wow?"

Baby Animal: Ugh.

Mother Dog: I'm sorry. You can't be my baby. You don't sound like a dog.

Storyteller: Baby Animal met Mother Cat. She was making a birthday cake for her kittens.

^ Baby Animal: I am lost. I don't know what I am. I can't remember my name. Will you be my mummy?

Mother Cat: Can you sound like a cat? Can you say, "Meow, meow?"

Baby Animal: Ugh.

Mother Cat: I'm sorry. You can't be my baby. You don't sound like a cat.

Storyteller: Baby Animal met Mother Bear. She was reading a story to her cubs.

^ Baby Animal: I'm lost. I don't know what I am. I can't remember my name. Will you be my mummy?

Mother Bear: Can you sound like a bear? Can you say "Grr, grr?"

Baby Animal: Ugh!

Mother Bear: I'm sorry. You can't be my baby. You don't sound like a bear.

Storyteller: Baby Animal met Mother Squirrel. She was feeding her baby squirrels.

^ Baby Animal: I'm lost. I don't know what I am. I can't remember my name. Will you be my mummy?

Hen: Can you sound like a squirrel? Can you say, "Keoo, keoo?"

Baby Animal: Ugh.

Hen: I'm sorry. You can't be my baby. You don't sound like a squirrel.

Storyteller: Baby Animal met Mother Elephant. She was all alone. She was weeping.

^ Baby Animal: I'm lost. I don't know what I am. I can't remember my name. Will you be my mummy?

Mother Elephant: Can you say, "Ugh, ugh"?

Baby Animal: Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!

Mother Elephant: I am glad. You are my lost baby. Your name is Elis. I'm your mother.

Baby Animal: My name is Elis. I’m very happy, I’m very glad.
Песня: “Mama Bird Takes Care of Her Babies”


Mama bird takes care of her babies.
Mama bird takes care of her babies.
Mama bird takes care of her babies,
And my mama takes care of me. Oh.

Mama cat takes care of her kittens.
Mama cat takes care of her kittens.
Mama cat takes care of her kittens,
And my mama takes care of me. Oh.

Mama goat takes care of her kids.

Mama goat takes care of her kids,
And my mama takes care of me.
Ученик в костюме козы остается на сцене и начинается сказка “Wolf and kids”

Once upon a time there lived a nanny-goat with kids. She used to go to the forest to eat silky grass and rink cool water. As she went away the kids would lock themselves up in the hut and would never go out.

Coming back the nanny-goat would knock at the door and sing:

My baby-goats

In snow-white coats!

It’s your nanny here,

Let me in , my dear!

On the grass of silk

I was gathering milk.

The kids would open the door and let her in. She would feed them and go to the forest again.

A wolf overheard nanny-goat’s singing. Once when she was away the wolf ran up to the hut and shouted in a low voice:

My baby-goats

All in white fir-coats!

It’s your nanny here,

let me in, my dear!

The kids said to this:

We do hear singing, but it is not nanny’s voice!

Nanny’s voice is very thin and her song is different.

Well, the wolf had nothing else to do. He went to a black-smith’s shop and demanded that his throat should be forged anew to sing in very thin voice. The black-smith did the work.

The wolf ran up to the hut again and hid himself behind a bush.

Soon the nanny-goat came and knocked:

My baby-goats

In snow-white coats!

It’s your nanny here,

Let me in, my dear!

On the grass of silk

I was gathering milk.

The kids let their nanny in and began telling her about wolf’s coming to eat them. The nanny-goat fed the kids left the strictest order for them:

Who ever should come up to the hut and speak to you in a low voice, knowing not all the words of the song, never let him in!

As soon as the nanny-goat went away, the wolf rushed up to the hut, knocked at the door and began singing in a very low voice:

My baby-goats

In snow-white coats!

It’s your nanny here

Let me in, my dear!

On the grass of silk

I was gathering milk.

The kids opened the door. The wolf dashed in and ate them all. Only one kid was save hiding himself in the stove.

The nanny-goat returned and all her songs and calls were in vain. Nobody answered.

And she saw the door to be opened and she ran in. She peeped in the stove and the found one kid there. She sat down on the bench and began crying bitterly:

Oh my kids, I had some fears,

Now they turned to bitter tears!

Why should you my warning ignore,

Why should you open the door?

It is this that the wolf was waiting for!

Hearing this the wolf came in the hut and said to the nanny-goat:

It’s a sin, my good friend,

To think your neighbor is bad!

I did not eat your kids.

Would you stop crying!

Let us better go for a work to the forest.

And to the forest they went, and there was a pit there with a fire laid by somebody.

And said the nanny-goat to the wolf:

Listen, wolf, what if we both tried to jump over the pit, shall we?

And they did as agreed.

The nanny-goat was lucky and the wolf failed, falling down to the hot pit.

And wolf’s belly burst up in the fire and the kids jumped out all alive running up to their mother! And thereafter they lived all together as before.

Pupil 1: I love dear Mummy!

I love her very much!

And do you love your Mummy?
Children (in chorus): Of course, we do!
Pupil 2: Who loves Mummy best?

"I", says Fred,

"I give her flowers:

White, yellow and red."

Who loves Mummy best?
Pupil 3: "I", says May,

"With my dear Mummy,.

I always play."

Who loves Mummy best?

Pupil 4: I", says Joe,

"She asks me to help her

And I always do so."
Pupil 5: I'm mother's little pet

Yes, that's me

And my hair is very black

As you can see.
Pupil 6: I've two balls, many toys

And a brother.

And I'm very, very fond of my mother.
Pupil 7: Who fed me when I was a child?

Children (in chorus): My mother!
Pupil 8: Who sat and watched my little head, while I slept in my little bed?
Children (in chorus): My mother!
Pupil 9: Mother is busy from morning till fit keeping her family happy and bright!
Pupil 10: Help your mother to lay the table, with a knife and fork and spoon.

Help your mother to lay the table every afternoon!

Pupil 11: Make a basket for your mother and fill it with flowers gay. Then put in a card just to say:
Children (in chorus): Happy Mother's Day!
Pupil 12: Each bright flower is here to say my wish for you.

Children (in chorus): Happy Mother's Day!

Звучит «Вальс цветов» П.И.Чайковского и на сцену выходят дети с цветами в руках, исполняющие танец.
